Geneva Alliance for Human Rights and Development is a non-governmental organization dedicated to protecting human rights and promoting development projects in the MENA region at national and international levels. It is governed by the Swiss Civil Code and its statutes and has 2 offices; in Geneva and New York.

Mission

Our mission is to defend and promote the values of human rights, as established in relevant international instruments and covenants and promote development in the MENA region with the ultimate aim of building societies in which citizens exercise their basic rights and live in peace, dignity and prosperity.

Objectives

Investigate: We work in the field to uncover facts that create an undeniable record of human rights abuses

Expose: We tell the stories of what we found, sharing them with millions of social media followers and presenting them at international meetings on human rights. 

Fight: Human rights violations either directly or by lobbying for changes to national, regional or international law.

Promote: Knowledge and understanding of and respect for human rights among the population and implementation of international human rights instruments.
